Delphine Bath 

With over 15 years of experience in HR and Talent Management, Delphine has held various management positions throughout her career. She has worked as Career Development Manager for the Boston Consulting Group and Learning & Development Manager for AG2R La Mondiale in France. Since she joined La Mondiale Europartner, she leads the human and cultural transformation in line with the evolution of the company’s activities and strategy.

Prior to her HR career, Delphine worked as a consultant, mainly for Périclès Consulting. She has specialised in organizational transformation and IT project management within the financial sector and carried out several projects with a focus on life insurance, asset management and capital market.
