Stefano is the Head of the European Research Development and Innovation support team in Luxinnovation, which hosts the National Contact Point for Horizon Europe in Luxembourg. He has a PhD in Nanobiotechnology, and works on European projects since 2006.
He is the national contact point for Legal and Financial Issues, and serves as National Delegate in a number of committees at European Level, including strategic configuration of the Horizon programme, public private partnerships, the EIC forum on deep tech innovation policies, and open science.
